The entire procedure from book selection, sanitization, and packaging will be handled by only one person, with all the security measures, including gloves and mask in place. The folder will be prepared and placed in a plastic pouch a minimum of 24 hours prior to delivery to ensure no direct contact with the folder for 24 hours.

The books and the folder will be sanitized before packaging as well as after they are returned.

The folder will be delivered and picked up from the main gate/security desk to minimize exposure.

The folder will be placed in an extra plastic pouch for protection during monsoons, as well as to allow our members to sanitize the pouch as soon as it is delivered, before removing the folder. Kindly do not spray any sanitizer on the books.

Even though every measure is taken to ensure complete security during the packaging and delivery, a lot of factors are out of our control. Hence, we would strongly recommend our members to leave the folder as it is for a few hours before using. 

The members are requested to pack the folder in a sealed Ziploc, or any other plastic pouch before exchanging the folder, to ensure book safety during monsoons as well as to minimize any contact with the folder and the books during return.

Our delivery executive will practice frequent sanitizing and will undergo regular health monitoring as well.
